Amara Inostroza, MPsych – Clinical Psychologist | Founder of Psych Steps Clinic

Amara is a registered Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological challenges.

With a Master's degree in both Clinical Psychology and Educational & Developmental Psychology. Amara offers evidence-based, client-centred therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, Autism, parenting, grief, and relationship issues.

At Psych Steps Clinic, a boutique practice based in North Parramatta, sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs using approaches such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions. A strong focus is placed on collaboration, emotional safety, and practical strategies that support long-term change. Services also include developmental and cognitive assessments, designed to inform personalised support for learning and behavioural needs.
